I wrote this originally years ago and it disappeared from UG. So here it is again.
 
The chords are actually done on a synthesizer but this works well on a distorted guitar.
If you play it on acoustic guitar, it should be played a bit slower, I think.
 
Note: On the outro, the chords tie into each other. This will sound awkward if not playing as power chords.
