This tablature is 90% wrong, the open D tuning is good, first chord is a D but then you go on to making your first mistake: The base note on the 2nd chord is not an A but rather a G note (its a G chord) then in the part where you describe it as “tiri ti” it goes on to be an A chord (so instead of the 5th string 2nd fret, its an open A then proceeds to the G then ends on D) play along with what I told you to the song and it will make a whole lotta sense.

The tuning is wrong at the very top by the contributor name. It is correct at the top of the actual tab that was posted DGDGBA. The bottom 2 strings are never played so you don't have to worry about tuning your bottom E string to an A and spare some life to this string. Once tuned to this configuration, the TAB is pretty spot on. Thanks for posting. Great song.
