Some of the chords are incorrect. After Gm goes a kind of Asus2 with the top note one step down (ACD, sounds best when you play Gm/D and then DAC). On a piano the first two cords sound best when played Gm/D and then moving the two top notes a step up to form DAC.And there's G# missing in the last four bars of chorus, a G# that emphasises the cadence (F). Well done, but I think after the Bb in the Chorus it's the Eb chord instead of Gm, sounds like a major chord in the record...
