Some help with the chord names:
- What you're calling Am9 is actually Amadd9 (Am9 would also include the minor 7th, which this doesn't)
- Em* is Em7/B (an Em7 chord with the B as the lowest note)
- C* is Cmaj9
- F* is Fmaj7
- E* is E7sus4 (an E7 with the 4th instead of the 3rd)
- Am5 is Am (Am5 doesn't exist - the "5" denotes a power chord, which is neither major nor minor)
- Em5 is Em/B (same as above applies)
- F5 is F/C (F5 is an F power chord)
- E*5 is Esus4/B
- E75 is E/B
- G* is G6
- D/G is D/F# (D/G would have the 3rd fret on the lower E string instead of the 2nd)
- F** is Fadd#11 (love this chord)
+1

In the version that David Sylvian sings, these chords don't seem to me, I think they should start with Bbm - Ab - Gb - F or Fm for the whole first part up to the spoken break, but unfortunately I can't find the final part.
