For the most part these chords are great!
But I noticed two problems:
- For every place you have written a D chord, it should actually be Bm7 (relative to capo 6)
- the end of each chorus should be the following:

I found this to be best way to mimic what you hear in the song.
Also Rapmon’s part (the second rap verse) would have the same chord progression as the “Butterfly” part of the chorus:
