Yes very well done. I think you could use an Em instead of a C at the end of the chorus. That's how it sounds in the Sonic Youth version...

Beautiful tune, written by the master Leon Russell and Bonnie Bramlett of Delaney & Bonnie fame.
The original, as sung by Rita Coolidge in the Mad Dogs and Englishmen film/tour, had the words "...I can hardly wait to sleep with you again" in the 2nd verse, as the tune was written about the legendary exploits of groupies and rock stars back in the day. That was changed to "I can hardly wait to be with you again" in the fine Carpenters version for obvious image reasons.

Could the Bmin to Bmaj change at the end of the verses work better as a Bmin (x24432) to B7 (x24242 or x21202) - dominant 7th?
