Note:  These are NOT the chords CityAlight uses in their recording or performances. Rather, this is an
arrangement I wrote, transposing the harmony into its relative minor (from G to Em) while keeping the melody
the same. I always loved the lyrics to this song, but in a major key, it sounds too much like the
triumphalistic praise songs coming out of churches that preach the prosperity gospel and New Age syncretism,
like Bethel Church and Elevation. Yet, in a minor key, there is hardly an extra-biblical song out there that
so perfectly captures the Christian life as Paul summarizes it in Phil. 3:8-11 and Rom. 8:16-17.
