The slide thingy, I believe, starts on the 3rd string at the 4th fret. Slides immediately up to the 6th fret and then back down to the 4th fret with a pull off to the 2nd fret. Then that is repeated on the fourth string and then the fifth string. I then goes into a descending run from C#m to B to the A. Also, if you play the chords partially open in normal positions, it sounds decent enough as well....
