If you're looking to play this on an acoustic, but want it to sound a bit more like the single version, I would suggest using the following for the bridge: AsusAdd? Great tab mate! I was looking for an acoustic version because all the other versions sounded crap on my acoustic, but this one is top notch!

You have the right chords but gave them the wrong names. The C#sus2, as you defined it, is C#m (the correct chord). Your Bsus is really Bsus4, and your Asus is really Asus2. And the last line of the chorus has two chords, not one. Should be: C#m I am seeing in me now the things you Bsus4 swore you saw yourself And the bridge changes suggested by Domster in these comments are correct, except that the chords still use the wrong names and they aren't lined up over the correct words (most of them should be towards the end of the line, over "lips" and "tips", etc).
