good work! the only think I would really do different is the chorus should be E, F, C, C7 E, F, F, G

Good Tab mate, but where you play a G in the Verse its actually a Gsus4 320013. Keep your Pinkie on that G on the High E. Otherwise good Tab.

I think playing F on "renew" before to E sounds correct
