Very cool. Just saw them live and am totes diggin on this track. I play with the capo on the 5th to match my vocal range a bit better. Well done. The lyrics are a scant off, but for all intensive purposes, this is a good guide.

There's no use in just mocking the guy! If you know that someone is doing something wrong, teach them what they should do. grizz.biggers: It's "intents and purposes", not "intensive purposes." When we say, "for all intents and purposes", we are roughly saying, "for what we wanted to do" (EG, "The lyrics are a scant off, but for all intents and purposes, this is a good guide", where the intent and purpose of the guide is to teach us how to play the song on guitar); when we say "for all intensive purposes", we are saying "for all purposes that are intense" (EG, "Dousing Bill with kerosene was great for all intensive purposes", where the intense purpose is to burn Bill) smoothop327: You attacked grizz.biggers' argument (that is, the lyrics are incorrect) with an ad-hominem attack. In doing so you simply attacked his character rather than his argument. All that an ad-hominem attack does is create tension between to arguers without allowing the argument to progress to a valid conclusion. His spelling and language ability have nothing to do with whether or not his statement was correct; his language ability is simply a matter of presentation. If someone writes 1 + 1 = 3 really neatly, it is still incorrect. In fact, grizz.biggers is correct since the lyrics are off (https://www.metrolyrics.com/yet-again-lyrics-grizzly-bear.html https://songmeanings.com/songs/view/3530822107859437061/).
