Although some sheet music is written in the key of F, the Hermits played it in C.
To aid timing, I have written the chords and lyrics in bars, delineated by the pipe symbol, i.e. |.
 
This submission has been classed under Chords. However I have included a couple of tabs, namely
1. The lead riff during the C/Fmaj7 changes, and
2. The instrumental break
As these are not present in any other submission.
 
Also, I have seen a video where the instrumental break was played at the 12th fret!  Your choice.
