This is a much simplified version of Hozier's Cherry Wine for those of us who aren't so skilled
as to play the original tab...!
[Verse]
C Am
Her eyes and words are so icy, oh, but she burns
F C
Like rum on a fire
C
Hot and fast and angry as she can be
Am F C
I walk my days on a wire
[Chorus]
Dm Em
It looks ugly, but it's clean
Dm Em G
Oh mamma, don't fuss over me
C Am7 C
The way she tells me I'm hers and she is mine
C Am7 C
Open hand or closed fist would be fine
F Am Em Am C
But blood is rare and sweet as cherry wine
[Verse]
C Am
Calls of guilty thrown at me all while she stains
F C
The sheets of some other
C Am
Thrown at me so powerfully just like she throws
F C
With the arm of her brother
[Chorus]
Dm Em
But I want it, it's a crime
Dm Em G
That she's not around most of the time
C Am7 C
The way she tells me I'm hers and she is mine
C Am7 C
Open hand or closed fist would be fine
F Am Em Am C
But blood is rare and sweet as cherry wine
[Verse]
C Am
Her fight and fury's fiery, oh, but she loves
F C
Like sleep to the freezing
C Am
Sweet and right and merciful, I'm all but washed
F C
In the tide of her breathing
[Chorus]
Dm Em
And it's worth it, it's divine
Dm Em G
I have this some of the time
C Am7 C
The way she tells me I'm hers and she is mine
C Am7 C
Open hand or closed fist would be fine
F Am Em Am
But blood is rare and sweet as cherry wine

Hey I learned this song because I heard a cover of it by a woman and it reminded me of my girlfriend so thank you for the tab!!

Lack of accuracy. Doesn't sound quite right. I think the pre-chorus chords should be more along the lines of F Am C, and the first and second lines of the chorus F Am (or Am7, I suppose) C.

Lack of accuracy. It needs to be capoed and the chords are too simplified- If you play it with the capo on fret 6 it sounds better but the chords are still a little off
