Instead of F#m and Em, I think the chords are actually A6 and G6 (or you could say F@m/A, Em/G)

No capo-try dmaj7 on the fifth fret then slide down two frets to cmaj7 then to an open d chord. That’s the whole verse. The chorus is a g chord to an a chord. Simple to play, no capos or need to transpose. That’s it. Try it. It’s how my band plays it…for years now. It’s easy and fun to play live and crowds love it!………I am certainly not disparaging this post. If that’s how you play it, great. I play it differently that’s all.
