Ummm, I don't know about the chords with capo positioning. I guess the capo is on the 3rd fret? It just seems to sound true to the song,(as I play back) this song isn't capo'd but played in the open tuning of "C". I think this is an overcomplication to the song and plays well with C,F,G and Am, respectively. It's a grteat song though, and I'm extatic over the lyrics.

Hey man great tab really good but there is just one thing in this part "Yester- [E] day is slowly fadin',
All my [D] life, I've been [E] waitin', for this [A] time." trz to put there a F#m instead of the D chord sounds much better to me otherwise its great;)
