Love this song. Couple of notes: First part is Am-G-Dm-Am. Then, for the 2nd part where he sings "two girls dancing to bring in a crowd", it's C to Am. For the final line "Thirteen days, five to go" it's C-G-Dm-Am (Based on Tom Petty's Southern Accents Live version).

It is close enough to JJ Cale's song. The lyrics here are Petty's. Cale's lyrics and overall version is much better
