[Verse 1]
           G Em
I've been looking all night watching them empty hours
                     C G
Invisible to these crowds, always double vision
                                               Em
I've been losing my mind listening to broken speech
                    C G
Stacking up broken seats, it's a lonely picture

[Pre-Chorus]
       D C Em
And I hear your voice as it echoes 'round my head
             D
Always that same thing that you said -

[Chorus]
G C
Get out, get out, while you still can
Em C D
Don't let the night slip through your hands
G C
The world is wide from where you stand, so -
Em D C D
Get out, get out while you still can
      G C Em C D
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh

[Verse 2]
        G Em
As I'm sweeping up glass, I see the exit lights so green
                                       C G
There's people falling into the streets, something comes together
                                                      Em
I've been here too long and if I stay, they'll tie me down
                                  C G
I know this chance won't hang around, so I'm gone forever

[Pre-Chorus]
       D C Em
And I hear your voice as it echoes 'round my head
             D
Always that same thing that you said -

[Chorus]
G C
Get out, get out, while you still can
Em C D
Don't let the night slip through your hands
G C
The world is wide from where you stand, so -
Em D C D
Get out, get out while you still can
      G Em C G
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh, ooh ooh, yeah-eah

[Bridge]
               G
Packing up my suitcase, racing down forgotten streets
           Em
Making my tracks along the cracks in the concrete
              C
Seeing those headlights shining down upon my feet
        G
If you find me, you will find me on the run

For all the bleeding hearts pushing 'round the stubborn cards
                Em
I've seen the cleaner glass, I've seen the faster cars
                       C
And I don't need your heavy hours, I don't need your lonely bars
      G
I'm ejected like a bullet from a gun

So take your final look at me, maybe even take my hand
                 Em
Stay on the staircase, come and chase the master plan
             C
Long way to get away, play it like a grand slam
            G
This is no encore, we have only just begun

[Chorus]
G C
So get out, get out, while you still can
Em C D
Don't let the night slip through your hands
G C
The world is wide from where you stand, so -
Em D C D
Get out, get out while you still can
      G Em C G
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh, ooh ooh, yeah-eah
      G Em C G
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh, ooh ooh, yeah-eah

The first D in the prechorus has a bass note of A in it. I think you can write that as "D/A" ? Other than that, it's great!
