Whoa, Dude slow down with your opening statements. I have to admit I agree with retro and Dirk. I even looked at the original sheet music and the F is definitely in there but it is a F suspended chord which also what Jamey does on the video. It might be what you're looking for and if you watch closely when he makes the F Chord, his pinky is on the E string on the third fret. By the way on another note, we're all here trying to hone our skills and have fun. I appreciate people who are passionate, however, there is no sense in getting so adamant about something that you have to use all caps. If you do not realize what this means let me inform you, this is yelling when you're typing. Even when you're sick and tired of something you're interacting with other people who have different skill levels and if you truly care so much being diplomatic would be a better approach. So, if you are determined to come off this way no matter what, my advice to you...make sure you're right which, in this case you're not! Otherwise you present yourself like a condescending dumbass.
