If a song contains loads of crazy chords, please provide the tabs for them. ultimate-guitar tries to automatically give them, but they are always appallingly bad and completely wrong. In this case, the chords everyone is looking for are here:

Great job with a great song. Mega-Kudos! Since you love the song so much, take a cue from the jazz greats and play around with it-you know, like Autumn Leaves. For example, you can play the whole first part around the 7th fret, like Hendrix might have. Attack it with a dropped D or more, like Bruce Cockburn might arrange. Or recruit a bass player for the walk ups and downs, and free your fingers and your mind. Having your chord roots move in the opposite direction of the walk is lovely as well. Have some fun! But most of all, great job and thank-you!
