None of these seemed right to me! This is the '69 version.
 
Two ways to tune - open D (D A D F# A D), capo on four, or open E (E B E G# B E) capo on two.
 
Both work well - for the sake of easiness, I'll say it's open D.

hiya, i love this as it is the only one that is actually correct to the '69 song! I think that in the chorus on the gm/d chord it is 005305 rather than 005405. i might just be being stupid, but it sounds better to me. :)

Its definitely close to what she plays, see the youtube video of the mama cass show in later 1969 I'd add though, that some of your chord names could be interpreted simpler as (particularly rich) degree chords in D tonality as such (and it definitely seems as though she uses them that way, she's a jazz folkie remember) I : 000000 is a D (if played w/o capo... imo she goes capo on 4th on the '69 clouds album and 5th live in the mama cass show) ii : 002100 is a Em7/11 kind of thing, in a 3rd voicing with D and A in bass ii : 004300 acts as a F#m6 sort of voicing IV : 020100 is a usual G voicing in open D V : 040300 is a A voicing vi : 050500 would be a Bm, not used in this song vii: 070700 a C#m type thing, not used in this song (and not diminished, blablah) so yeah, take a standard tuning instrument and play D, Em, F#m, G, A then play in order the I to V chords in open D to get the feel of the function she uses these chords for! Justin V uses a lot of the same voicings in RE:stacks on the for emma bon iver album :)
