Good job. A couple notes of my opinion if you will: - The D7 in the chorus over forsake is really just the D you've been playing in the song. - The E above constant in the verse is the same E/G# walk down as in the intro etc.played throughout the song. Great job though and thanks for posting it. As a guy I like playing it capo 4 in the key of G which makes it B (with the capo) so maybe other guys can try that. The chords work better on guitar hat way also. D/F# is moe full on a guitar than a E/G#
