I agree needs capo 1st fret easier that way plus for the singer as well

Perfect! To the first 2 commenters, you're welcome to use a capo if YOU need it for YOUR vocal range but the recording is in the key of F, just like the author posted. Not only are the author's chords correct, they're even in the correct locations, which seems to be rare on UG. This can only be rated 5 stars.
