I'm about 99% sure this is right according to this video.

This is technically only the intro but the song is basically the same the whole way
through and live are a few little licks and improvisation. I may have added little parts
that aren't there.
Tabbed by Sarah Basford
Tuning: Standard
Capo: 7th fret
e|--------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-0--2--4-----4---4---4---4---4----4---2---0-------------------|
D|----------------------------------------------0h2-0--0---0----|
A|--------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-3--3--3---3---3---3---3---3------3--3---3----3---3----3---3--|
also at some part he would probably add the octaves so here's a quick little tab for that.
e|-10--12--14------------14---12---10-------------------|
B|--------------------------------------10h12--10-------|
G|-0---2----4------------4----2----0--------------------|

In the "summer we party" (or w/e he's singing) bit, he goes to an Em (or Em7) chord via an F# in the bass. I think the other guitarist keeps playing the G A B thing. And the song ends on a C. (This is all relative to the capo.)
If you're playing by yourself you could do something like this:
[tab]
e|------------------------------------------Second time play C--|
B|------------------------------------------chord here.---------|
G|-0--2--4-----4---4---4---4---4----4---2---0-------------------|
D|----------------------------------------------0h2-0--0---0----|
A|--------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-3--2--0---0---0---0---0---0------0---0---3----3---3----3---3-|[/tab]

Hey Morten,
That was a mistake on my part! I was meant to write:
Capo: 7th fret
e|-3---5----7------------7----5----3----------------------|
B|--------------------------------------3h5--3---3--------|
G|-0---2----4------------4----2----0-----------0----0-----|
Just giving the skeleton, improvise at will!

Hey mate, great tab ;). But I dont understand the last part with the octaves, in my opinion, they doesn't make sense. I don't believe it is possible the play 12 and 2 at the same time. Can you help me out with that?
Best regards Morten
