Hi,
I think the 'em' chord in the chorus needs to be an 'e'...

I agree 'Em' in the chorus should be an "E Major"
but otherwise correct.

If you rock this song up a bit, the run down sounds great using octaves:
12-14, 11-13, 10-12, 9-11, 8-10, 7-9, 6-8, 5-7
Where the first number is always on the E sting and the second number is always on the D string and they are played together as a "chord", kinda. The A string is muted.
