This is based on the ONE TAKE version. The other tabs are fine, but they don't use the tuning Joe plays in.
Therefore, the capo they tell you to use makes no sense, and you can't strum the bottom strings because
they're not in tune. You need those strings to get the song right. This was tabbed while closely examining
which frets the artist himself plays throughout the "one take" video on Youtube.
 
Tune the top two strings like you would if you were to play a song in Drop D and the bottom three like
IF you were gonna play in Drop B. The D string is half-step-down.
