Nice job but your Dm(#7) is actually called a DmM7 (a lovely jazz chord) Its a D minor with a C# in it. Also try changing the Cmaj7 and its corresponding C#maj7 over the word "Crying" to an A7 and A#7. You get a better resolution. Well done on a challenging tune.
