[Solo]

Guitar 1 plays Riff 2 with palm muting throughout most ofthe solo, then
drops out a little bit before riff 3 comes in. If you listen to the
song, you should be able to figure it out.

If you have the Hal Leonard book for this album, subtract 2 frets from every
note played in the solo (and all the little fills). That puts you in the
right key (D).

[Riff 3] (bridge from solo back into chorus)

Guitar 1

F#-------------------------------------------|
D------X-10-X-12--10\------X-10-X-12--/14-12-|
A--/12-----------------/12-------------------|

Guitar 2 plays a D with lots of muting and scratching, growing louder and
louder until the chorus. Played like this:
e--5-
B--7-
G--7-
D--7-
A--5-
