if they are on bass then they're an overdub, as they're not on the main bass track.
im pretty sure those two harmonics you didn't tab are on the bass: 7 on the G string and then 5 on the D for the 1st time. Then the second time it goes 7 on the G and 7 on the D. And then finally, it's 7 on the G and 5 on the D again. I could be wrong, but that's always seemed right.
