E5
Sitting here wishing on a cement floor
G E5
Just wishing that I had just something you wore
G E5 G E5
Put it on when I grow lonely
Am C D7 E5
Will you take off your dress and send it to me?
I miss your kiss and then I miss your head
And a letter in your writing doesn't mean you're not dead
Run outside in the desert heat
Make your dress all wet and send it to me
I miss your soup and I miss your bread
And a letter in your writing doesn't mean you're not dead
So spill your breakfast and drip your wine
Just wear that dress when you di-i-ine
P-I-X-I-E-S
Sitting here wishing on a cement floor
Just wishing that I had just something you wore
Bloody your hands on a cactus tree
Wipe it on your dress and send it to me
Sitting here wishing on the cement floor
Just wishing that I had just something you wore

It goes from E5 to a G major third chord (just G and B- it's a whole lot easier to play from the E5, just add the G note with your second finger, while keeping your first on the B that you play in the E5 chord) not a G5. And it should be D7, not D.

your lyrics are kinda strange to me. I think these ones are right:
Sitting here wishing on a cement floor
Just wishing that I had just something you wore
I put it on when I go lonely
Will you take off your dress and send it to me?
I miss your kissin' and I miss your head
And a letter in your writing doesn't mean you're not dead
Run outside in the desert heat
Make your dress all wet and send it to me
I miss your soup and I miss your bread
And a letter in your writing doesn't mean you're not dead
So spill your breakfast and drip your wine
Just wear that dress when you're dying

You're wrong. The correct lyric is "Just wear that dress when you're dying." Just because he says "wine" at the end of the previous line doesn't mean he has to rhyme the next.
