This is different from most of the other renditions in that I have changed and added a lot more chords for a fuller presentation). Listen to the MP4 enclosed, it is actually quite easy to play.¿Te ha sido útil esta información?

I am thrilled to see the"missing verses" in print. A band called "Moon Alice" does a strange version of this tune. But, they add the 2nd "Mermaid" verse, and I thought they wrote it themselves. Gary Booker's latest version of the song goes on for six plus minutes, and he just keeps repeating the last verse over and over. It's very tiring. No as bad a Elton John going on for 15 minutes with, "Rocket Man", but damned near. I've had this in the back of my mind to work up an acoustic version, but your tab and full lyrics, just may provide the initiative to go for it. Great tab!
