its tuned down, soz mate, plus WHERES THE SOLO

This song is tuned down a whole step with drop "D tuning." The little finger does a dance on the "B" string 8th fret off and over to the "G" string 7th fret while the hand holds a full "D min" bar chord at the 5th fret.
