After about 3 hours, I think I finally got this song down. Though
the tuning I'm not sure of, Mike uses a variety of tunings high and
low; while Aaron uses down 1/2 step mainly and sometimes drop d down
1/2 step also. This is in now way 100% perfect. I tabbed all by ear.

Okay this is a reply to his, his was ALMOST right, except for the ending notes didn't
right when I played it, so I decided to just fix it for him. Same tuning and all.

its not tuned to "e" watch him play it live. he plays that note on the g string OPEN . so he has it tuned to f sharp, (basically the g string is tuned down to match the 4th fret of the D string).... Noone has tabbed this 100% correct as he plays it. (solo anyway) aaron is not the greatest guitarist so he finds the most easy way to play . with this he can simply play this: . Db|---------------------------------| Ab|---------------------------------| F# -----------------0---------------| Db|------------2--------------------| Ab|-------0-------------------------| Db|--0------------------------------| then he simply barre that exact same shape and add ring finger to play that g string for the next measure Db|---------------------------------| Ab|---------------------------------| F#|-----------------5---------------| Db|------------7--------------------| Ab|-------5-------------------------| Db|--5------------------------------| and so on... to the chorus.. cake

But wait, if the G sting ( in this case F) is changed to E it wouldn't be possible to do part of the bridge. That is an impossible stretch 1 on F (G string) and be able to pluck the Db (D String) at the same time.... please correct me if I'm just not tuning correctly, bit it sounds identical to the recording.
