I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be an Am7, not an Em7. Though, I could be wrong.
Otherwise, sounds perfect. :)

Really digging this in DADGAD tuning, transposed to E with capo in the 2nd. The Celtic modal key in this song shines when you add more 4ths to some of the chords.

I disagree with the above about the Am7 ... I've played the song for a long time and always felt the Em represented how Stan did it best. I've had fun trying it in the key of D though and the Em becomes a Bm like this: D ...... G ..... D .....Bm .....
