I think the Em7 is a Bm7b5 (played as E7 Ax Dx G7 B6 e5 [<- String/Fret]) Also, it sounds like the bass is playing A under the Fmaj7 so could play as an Am6 chord (E5 Ax D3 G5 B5 ex) and a Bb under the C7b9 which you could play as Bbmb5 (Ex A1 D2 G3 B2 ex) - although that might be a little pernickety! Anyways I've been working this song out to teach so thought I'd chip in my two cents to make my time spent hopefully a little more valuable! Like this Steve Lacy guy's songs, they're all kindsa quirky! All the best
