I'm pretty sure the G is an Em7 and the Dm is a Dm7. So, the main chord progression is then Am-Em-Em7-Dm7. Also, in the intro, they use a C instead of an Am, so it's C-Em-Dm7,Dm7.
Yes, I know all of these chords are similar.
