The original stage version (as opposed to the recorded version) includes an additional verse. It comes in after the "Don't ever have to cut it 'cause it stops by itself" line: She'll be gaga at the go-go When she sees me in my toga My toga made of long beautiful, my beautiful hair My hair like Jesus wore it Hallelujah I adore it Hallelujah Mary loved her son Why don't my mother love me? And then goes straight into the final two choruses of "Hair..."
