the only actual guitar bit, the chorus, is wrong.

I did some research and found the piano chords and then transposed them to a higher position I think I got it now! No, I think that's correct It's the pre-chorus that needs help. The chords should be based off the bass part which is a C to D major chord. I still haven't figured it out, but when I do, I'll add the comment here.
