Ah, i get it now. You ulternate between the E and A strings whilst playing the rest of the chord on the other strings. Seems so simple! Good tab (i'm assuming /B is C/B, which makes it easier)

The tab is pretty much perfect. The Am/E part is the Am chord : x02210, with an E base note: 002210. The song is played with a loose sort of alternate picking. Similarly, C/G: 332010, C/B: x20010, Am/B: x22210.
