This is my first tab, so I apologize in any mistakes when writing the tab,
Although I'm sure that the tablature itself is almost %100

Let that last note play for a while, then mute it before the piano break
 
 
Up until now the bassist is using his fingers, you switch to a pick from here  onward
 
Piano Break, follow the Drum's rhythm for this part..Bass comes in At 2:28

So yeah, thats it.A few mistakes but it'll get you by almost perfectly
 
Just continue that, it's easy to hear so just fiddle around with the notes until
you get it sounding right. I hope this was of use to some of you.
