The Bb should indeed be a "B" but as for the capo Ben-G-Man, I think you're wrong. When I play along to this it sounds fine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lh5TsDBBDig

Nice, it's the correct progression but everything's half a step out, you can still play along with the song this way if you put a Capo on the 1st fret though =) Oh and the A in the outro should go up two half-steps (like the rest of the chords) to a B, not an A# ;)
