The first chord is clearly an A#, not a G, so I assume whoever tabulated this intended a capo on the 3rd fret and neglected to mention it.
Anyway, assuming a capo on 3, this would be the 4 bars when Josh just starts singing (and just before. It's repeated):

The person that has tabulated this has only given 2 chords for this, which would be fine if it was just G and Bm as these are the first chords of the 1st and 3rd bar, but the second one is a Cadd9, for some reason.
What's even more confusing is that this tab shows 2 different chords for the next 4 bars, but those 4 bars should be exactly the same as the first 4. It doesn't make any sense. They're just SO incorrect that I'm genuinely very curious about how these chords were chosen. I would not be surprised if it was entirely random.
If these are chords for some acoustic version of the song that I haven't heard, and therefore not the album version, that should be specified.
As far as I can tell right now, It's just very wrong.
