Is that single A#m in the bridge correct? The whole song is just those 4 other chords repeated. It seems like it should be an F#. Thank you for this tab. I also transpose -1 & capo 1 for easier chord fingering.

Fwiw, these chords are easier to play if you transpose -1 and capo on the first fret

I think C#maj7 is more fitting than the C# throughout. A standard C# is missing that nice dissonance. But in all honesty the song could probably be played Fm->F# through and through and would sound fine. In fact I think the chorus is better played like that.
