Prelude Fr Cello Suite No 1 Guitar Pro

I didn't know the tab pro version turned out like that. UG are the one's responsible for transposing the guitar pro files. I didn't tab that out, the correct way to listen to this is using Guitar Pro. For some reason every single bass note is not in the tab pro version. If you download a free copy of guitar pro and listen to it that way you'll see all the notes are there. On the GP version all the bass notes are in grey notes, a bad decision on my part to do it that way. Maybe I'll redo the tab so UG can transpose it correctly. Just another reason why I'll never pay for their tab pro service.

Tab Pro is a complete waste of everybody's time and should be boycotted by the community.

This transcription is not correct. Having just examined the first few bars it is quite obvious that for whatever bizarre reason the transcriber has left out the bass D note which occurs at the beginning of each of the first few bars and chosen to put a rest in instead - this really is a blunder and if you try to play the piece as it is written it simply does sound like it should. While I am not familiar with any recordings of this piece by Segovia I can't believe that he would have played like this, none of the other great classical guitarists that I have heard perform this piece leave out the first note on each bar. Also in the second bar for no reason whatsoever we have the B note played at the fourth fret on the G string for half a bar and then played on the open B string for the second half of the bar- this seems completely pointless. It would be nice to be able to use this site and learn pieces on it without wasting my time on the myriad incorrect or overly compromised transcriptions which seem to make up the bulk of it's content, and for less experienced guitarists ( such as beginners) this is particularly cruel as they are less likely to see the mistakes all over this site and will waste far more time on them. Having paid a subscription for so called "pro" tabs I am really pissed off at the incorrect amateur content that I have so far found.
