It's not A, C, G, Em for the verse. The Em should be a D. At least in the acoustic version.
EDIT: I just listened to the music video. Apologies, it does work for the version in the music video, however for the acoustic version my correction still stands. However, even in the music there is no minor. Dm is dissonant and can be played as a regular D, or I actually prefer a 000230.
