* = one strum
[Verse 1]
Am C F
Let me just se--t the scene
G Am C F
I just left the party at Blake's and it's Ha--lloween
G Am C F
Had the keys to my car in my hand, but I di--dn't leave
G Am C F
'Cause the potential of us, it was keepin' me up all ni--ght long
G C* G* F*
I left a text you won't read all ni--ght long
[Chorus]
N.C. Am
This could be a disaster
C F
There's so many factors, like, what if you freak out?
G Am
And then we're losin' it all at the critical chapter
C F
Where I say, "I love you" and you don't say it after
G Am
This could be a disaster
C F
I'm pedalling backwards, by sayin' that I'm drunk
G Am
I really shouldn't have called, I'm a little bit plastered
C F
You call me a liar, now I'm fallin' in faster
G* Am
This could be a disaster
[Post-Chorus]
C F G Am
Oh-oh-oh, disastеr
C F G*
Oh-oh-oh, disaster
[Verse 2]
Am C F
Let me just lo--se my mind
G Am C F
Is it purely platonic to call me, like, e---very night?
G Am C F
You know Ashley believes that there's something betwe--en you and I
G Am C F
But if I'm readin' it wrong then it'd be better off if I die--, oh
G C* G* F*
And if you're readin' the text all ni---ght long
[Chorus]
N.C. Am
This could be a disaster
C F
There's so many factors, like, what if you freak out?
G Am
And then we're losin' it all at the critical chapter
C F
Where I say, "I love you" and you don't say it after
G Am
This could be a disaster
C F
I'm pedalling backwards, by sayin' that I'm drunk
G Am
I really shouldn't have called, I'm a little bit plastered
C F
You call me a liar, now I'm fallin' in faster
G* Am
This could be a disaster
[Post-Chorus]
C F G Am
Oh-oh-oh, disastеr
C F G
Oh-oh-oh, disaster
[Outro]
Am C F G
Maybe I'm mistaken (Oh-oh-oh)
Am C F G
You're not mine for taking (Oh-oh-oh)
Am C F G
Maybe I'm mistaken
Am C F N.C.
Maybe I just made it up, messed it up

What’s the strumming pattern for this one?

Is there a capo? If so what fret does it go on?

I think there should be a C chord after the Am. So I think it is |Am C|F|F|G|. I could be wrong but this is what I hear
