Intro is just her playing around with Dmaj7(?) something like this with occasional pull offs
e|---2--------|
B|2-----2--0--|
G|------------|
D|0-----0-----|
A|------------|
E|------------|
a couple of times

and then
e|------------|
B|2----2----2-|
G|------------|
D|------------|
A|------------|
E|------------|

Picking pattern for the D is as follows:
e|-----2---|
B|3--------|
G|--2-----2|
D|0----0---|
A|---------|
E|---------|

As far as I can tell the rest of the chords are hitting the same strings with the same timing with different
bass notes. The other difference is all the chords except for the D alternate 5ths on the bass.

  D G
I know it's gonna be a strange time
              Bm A
Well it can't possibly be any stranger

Than the present
       D G
'Cause now it is said there's a change
                Em
And I sense the change in me
   A
It loomed like a curse
                    G
And I thought of it as a mountain there,
                    D Dmaj7
Thought of it as a lonesome border

      D G
And I know we're gonna last a long time
            Bm A
But I can't help but need to live from minute to minute
D G
'Cause now it is said there's a change
                Em
And I sense the change in me
   A
It loomed like a curse
                    G
And I thought of it as a mountain there,
                   D
Thought of it as a lonesome border
   Em
As impossible
   A
As unmoveable
