Listen to the original for the strumming pattern (one is provided but it might not sound entirely correct, it also fluctuates more often in the actual song) and for when certain chords come in (especially in verse 1). It's almost in a swing step for verse 1, you need to hold strum 1, 2, 3, and 4 just a little bit longer than it says and shorten the length of the 'and' by the same amount of time you lengthened the previous strum. Hopefully this makes sense. Again, listen to the original if you really want a correct strumming pattern. Also, it's difficult to show when different chords come in on paper, so hopefully you should be able to figure it out better through the song.
