The E before the A in the chorus should be a C#m and the D at the end of verses should definitely be B7. and at the end of the verses there needs to be an A between the D(B7) and E xx

You're welcome! I hope the chords work okay - I'm not very experienced at working them out!
I usually use the strumming pattern D-D-U-U twice for most of the chords listed. Hope that helps you :)
