Capo 7th. And the G chord should be the same except without the third fret of the high E. The chord should be 320000 (I sometimes put the G7 label on it, though it's not exactly that)
Also, the Em on the second line of each verse should be that form of the G chord.
The Interlude/Instrumental should be: G C G7 C G7 Em C G7 Em C G
I don't hear and/or see the D chord happening in the chorus either. Just go to the G7 form. And on the last line of the Chorus, there is the D chord, and then it goes to a G chord.
Other than that, good tab.

There's a 1 beat D chord between the final G of the verse and the Em of the chorus, and I think the instrumental should just be the chorus again.
