Buzz's tone is a Rat dialed to a fuzz tone, you should be able
to get close with any Rat or Muff style distortion/fuzz.

This riff is basically an arpegiated diminished chord
but it is all about how its played. That being sloppy
with lots of noise and incidentals, you also need to
sorta bend and pull off the second of each doubled note.
No idea if this is accurate but worked for me.

Natural harmonics played around the 3rd and 4th frets
Listen to the track for the exact rhythm/strumming pattern
and for the bends on the G notes (3rd fret E string)
in the G5 chords in the second bar. You also need to pull
off to open string on some of G notes, again listen for which ones

The final E chord plays for like two bars,
its kinda arbitrary as live versions Buzz
seems to draw it for however long he feels.

On the first bar I think this its played as 4ths then
switches to 5ths (as tabbed) when the beat kicks in.
